The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the Hebe Online Store are subject to change.

In order to shop at Hebe online you must be at least 18 years old.
6. Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
7. Ordering and Payment
After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail [email protected] or call +371 28970000. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

10. Shipping information
Delivery methods
We are happy to offer you Shipping by Latvian Mail service. Most orders in Territory Latvia will be ship out within 2-5 days after ordering (please, note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take to 1-3 days to process. Orders out of Latvia will be ship out in 7-21 days. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Hebe. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Additionally, SIA undertake to include the following reservation in current and future websites or mobile apps owned or controlled by them: “Our company does not offer shipping of any goods with trade marks and other signs with word element ‘hebe’ on the territory of Poland.”

11. Product return
Hebe team tries to satisfy each customer’s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. Hebe accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged and with all the details. Fill in the attached "Return form" and send it together with the product to: SIA Hebe, Stabu iela 21A, Riga LV-1011, Latvia. In the form state whether you would like to change the product or have your money refunded. Customer pays for return shipping. When getting a refund money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of our receiving the product. We will contact you to solve the problem!
